Land Owners. We work with land owners to help them determine whether their sites are suitable for the development of renewable projects, such as solar photovoltaic parks. The benefit to the owner is the creation of a long-term revenue stream over the term of a lease contract (25 to 35 years) without the need to further develop the land.

- Size: At least 50,000 square meters
- Access: Convenient access to a main road
- Utilities: Proximity to electrical utility lines
- Financial: The land is free of a mortgage
- Location: Italy, France, Greece, Spain or Turkey |

Developers. We partner with local developers who can help identify adequate sites for project development and assist in the process of securing permits to build power plants. Working with our local partners, etrion establishes a team of technical and legal advisors to develop these projects. With our technology expertise, internal equity funding and an in-depth knowledge of debt financial structuring, we work very effectively with our development partners to accelerate the realization of these projects. Our role includes:
• Technical support in designing the size and placement of facilities on the site
• Legal support to validate the land leases and permits
• Permitting support to obtain necessary authorizations
• Financing support
• Selection of contractor and technology partner to build the project

Industrial / Commercial Users. etrion partners with companies whose assets include property with large, flat roofs, such as warehouses, offices, retail centers or other commercial buildings. Our solar projects allow industrial and commercial users to generate long-term income from this under-utilized asset generating additional leasing revenues for the next 25 to 30 years. Many users also have available real estate that could be developed for solar projects, generating even more revenue, at no extra cost.
